A. Williams 1962Subtrigonal, unequally biconvex Drepanorhyncha with a narrow hinge-line and small, almost erect interareas, brachial valve strongly inflated, almost as long and about one-half as deep as wide, median fold originating at about 3 ram. from a conspicuous dorsal umbo, sharply carinate anteriorly and about one-half as wide as the maximum width, lateral areas convex; pedicle valve less convex and deeply sulcate in a style complementary to the dorsal fold, delthyrium open; dental lamellae and ventral median septum parallel to one another and extending anteriorly for over one-third of the length of the pedicle valve, crural bases subparallel and ankylosed to the brachial valve for about one-third of its length.
