A. Williams 1962Unequally biconvex, subcircular and sulcate Protozyga with a brachial valve almost as long as wide and about one-eighth as deep as long, bearing a prominent median sulcus, originating near the umbo and curving anteriorly towards a slightly carinate pedicle valve about two-fifths as deep as long; ventral interior with long, subparallel dental lamellae; dorsal median septum not ankylosed with hingeplate but strongly developed and almost two-thirds as long as the brachial valve.
