Zygospira sulcata

Taxonomy
Zygospira sulcata was named by Howe (1965). Its type specimen is USNM 145058, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Section 2. Bed 03. East-facing escarpment, Franklin Mountains, which is in an Edenian/Maysvillian carbonate dolomite in the Upham Formation of Texas.
