Taxonomy
Paratibetites angustosellatus was named by von Mojsisovics (1896). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bambanag, Halorites Beds, which is in a Norian carbonate limestone in India.

It was recombined as Tibetites (Paratibetites) angustosellatus by von Mojsisovics (1896).
