Torynelasma zhetysuicum
Taxonomy
Torynelasma zhetysuicum was named by Nikitina et al. (2006). Its type specimen is USNM 484984, a valve (dorsal valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 126. Section II. Eastern side of the Kopalysai valley, which is in an Abereiddian carbonate limestone in the Uzunbulak Formation of Kazakhstan.
