Taxonomy
Aulaconautilus druzczici was named by Shimansky (1957). Its type specimen is PIN 1191/1, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Solov'evka, Beshterek River, which is in a Berriasian marine horizon in Ukraine.
