Cimomia galicianus
Taxonomy
Nautilus galicianus was named by Alth (1819). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nagoryany, Lvov region (Upper Senonian), which is in a Maastrichtian marine horizon in Ukraine.
It was recombined as Angulithes (Cimomia) galicianus by Wiedmann (1960); it was recombined as Cimomia galicianus by Shimansky (1975).
