Sinosmylites karatavicus

Taxonomy
Sinosmylites karatavicus was named by Khramov (2015). Its type specimen is PIN 2997/4950, a forewing, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 2997), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.
