D. B. Blake 1993 (Brachisolaster)Solasteroid with apparently 33 arms and relatively narrow adambulacral ossicles; the dorsal skeleton is reticulated and ossicles are stout; spines are large, forming clusters at arm tips. Spines have bulbous bases and long, tapering shafts.
