Kummelonautilus yezoensis
Taxonomy
Kummeloceras yezoense was named by Matsumoto (1983). Its type specimen is GK.H5922, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ik5605, Samata-zawa, Ikushumbets area, which is in a Coniacian marine mudstone in Japan.
It was recombined as Kummelonautilus yezoensis by Matsumoto (1984).
