Taxonomy
Eutrephoceras nodai was named by Matsumoto (1983). Its type specimen is GK.H5924, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Y6014, Takino-sawa, Oyubari area, which is in a Turonian marine siliciclastic in Japan.
