Eutrephoceras faxoense

Taxonomy
Eutrephoceras faxoense was named by Hyatt (1894). Its type specimen is MCZ 8815, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Faxoe (MCZ collection), which is in a Danian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in Denmark.

It was synonymized subjectively with Eutrephoceras dekayi by Wiedmann (1960).
