Yakutionautilus kavalerovae
Taxonomy
Yakutionautilus kavalerovae was named by Arkhipov and Barskov (1970). Its type specimen is MGU 142/1, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nel'gekhe River, Adycha basin (ussuriensis zone, MGU), which is in an Alaunian marine siliciclastic in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Yakutionautilus.
