Sibyllonautilus fergusoni
Taxonomy
Sibyllonautilus fergusoni was named by Kummel (1953). Its type specimen is USNM 107099, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 13420, Gabbs Valley Range, which is in a Rhaetian carbonate limestone in the Gabbs Formation of Nevada.
