J. Colmenar et al. 2014Strongly dorsibiconvex shells with transversely suboval outline. Ventral muscle field medium large, gently impressed; diductor scars flabellate, subparallel to convergent anteriorly, slightly longer than wide and ranging from 42 to 61 per cent as long as valve length and 32 to 48 per cent as wide as maximum valve width; marked development of adjustor scars compared with those of the diductor.
