Cenoceras pertextum

Taxonomy
Nautilus pertextus was named by Dumortier (1867). Its type specimen is ML 7307, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Saint-Didier, Mont d'Or (upper Sinemurian), which is in a Sinemurian carbonate limestone in France.

It was recombined as Cenoceras pertextus by Kummel (1956); it was recombined as Cenoceras pertextum by Rulleau (2008).
