Cenoceras jourdani

Taxonomy
Nautilus jourdani was named by Dumortier (1874). Its type specimen is ML 9184, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Verpillière (Isère, Bifrons zone), which is in a Bifrons/Thouarsense carbonate limestone in France.

It was recombined as Cenoceras jourdani by Kummel (1956) and Rulleau (2008).
