Hercoglossa pavlowi
Taxonomy
Nautilus pavlowi was named by Arkhangelsky (1904). Its type specimen is Vernadsky State Geological Museum VI,I,18, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Semenovskoe village, downstream of Rybnoe, which is in a Danian coastal sandstone in the Belogrodnya Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Hercoglossa pavlowi by Baraboshkin and Musatov (2011).
