Mesotipula (Mesotipula) lapidaria

Taxonomy
Eotipula lapidaria was named by Handlirsch (1906). Its type specimen is Rostock "Orthophlebia", a wing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Greifswald collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore claystone in Germany.

It was recombined as Architipula lapidaria by Evenhuis (1994); it was recombined as Mesotipula lapidaria by Kopeć et al. (2020); it was recombined as Mesotipula (Mesotipula) lapidaria by Kopeć et al. (2020).
