Eutrichopleurus miocenus

Taxonomy
Trichochrous miocenus was named by Wickham (1912). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Florissant, Station 17, which is in a Chadronian lacustrine - large shale in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.

It was recombined as Eutrichopleurus miocenus by Mawdsley (1999), Tshernyshev (2012) and Tihelka et al. (2021).
