Reduvius nicus
Taxonomy
Reduvius nicus was named by Zhang et al. (1994). Its type specimen is Shanwang Fossil Protection Post SK000570, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Shanwang, Linqu County, collection SK (Shanwang Fossil Protection Post coll.), which is in a Burdigalian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Shanwang Formation of China.
