M. Pole 1997A conifer with small (i.e. about 10-12 mm long and 1.5 mm wide), spirally disposed, bifacially flattened, spreading, lanceolate, entire-margined, glabrous leaves. Stomates of regular outline, paratetracyclic, longitudinally oriented, in rows. Epidermal cells on abaxial surface papillate, adaxial epidermal cells buttressed.
