Taxonomy
Monoceratina hussonae was named by Forel (2014). Its type specimen is P6M3300, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Curuk Dag S3, Antalya, which is in a Griesbachian shallow subtidal limestone in the Kokarkuyu Formation of Turkey.
