Aesiocrinus is a genus. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Aesiocrinidae.

It was assigned to Cymbiocrinidae by Ubaghs et al. (1978) and Pabian and Rushlau (2002); to Cladida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Aesiocrinidae by Webster and Lane (2007).
