Cradeocrinus was named by Goldring (1923) [Sepkoski's age data: D Fras C Tour-l Sepkoski's reference number: 906]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Mastigocrinidae by Ubaghs et al. (1978); and to Cladida by Sepkoski (2002).
