Taxonomy
Septaliphoria nalivkini was named by Makridin (1964). Its type specimen is KhGU 196/35550, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Protopopovka, Petrov region, which is in an Oxfordian carbonate claystone in the Izyum Formation of Ukraine.
