Grenprisia was named by Moore (1962) [Sepkoski's age data: O Cara-m]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Cladida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Dendrocrinidae by Ausich (1998) and Wright et al. (2019).

subpentagonal, pentameric.
