Taxonomy
Indocrinus was named by Wanner (1916) [Sepkoski's age data: P Guad-u]. It is not extant. Its type is Indocrinus elegans. It is the type genus of Indocrinidae.

It was assigned to Cladida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Indocrinidae by Ubaghs et al. (1978) and Webster and Webster (2012).
