Pseudopronorites llanoensis
Taxonomy
Pronorites llanoensis was named by Plummer and Scott (1937). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Pfluger Ranch, Big Saline Creek, which is in a Bashkirian carbonate limestone in the Marble Falls Formation of Texas.
It was recombined as Stenopronorites llanoensis by Ruzhentsev and Bogoslovskaya (1971); it was recombined as Pseudopronorites llanoensis by Nassichuk (1975).
