Eohyosaurus wolvaardti
Taxonomy
Eohyosaurus wolvaardti was named by Butler et al. (2015). Its type specimen is SAM-PK-K10159, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lemoenfontein 44 - Eohyosaurus, which is in an Anisian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Burgersdorp Formation of South Africa. It is the type species of Eohyosaurus.
