Sciadiocrinus was named by Moore and Plummer (1937) [Sepkoski's age data: C Bash-u C Step-u]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Pirasocrinidae by Moore and Strimple (1973); to Cladida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Anobasicrinidae by Pabian and Rushlau (2002).
