Pappochelys rosinae

Taxonomy
Pappochelys rosinae was named by Schoch and Sues (2015). Its type specimen is SMNS 91360, a partial skeleton (incomplete skeleton with incomplete skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vellberg-Eschenau, which is in a Longobardian estuary/bay claystone in the Erfurt Formation of Germany. It is the type species of Pappochelys.
