Cymatoceras hunstantonensis

Taxonomy
Nautilus hunstantonensis was named by Foord and Crick (1890). Its type specimen is BMNH C.932, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hunstanton (Lee collection), which is in an Albian carbonate limestone in the Hunstanton Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Cymatoceras hunstantonensis by Kummel (1956).
