Taxonomy
Nautilus (Pseudaganides) frickensis was named by Jeannet (1951). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Herznach mine, bed A.5, which is in a Callovian carbonate limestone in Switzerland.

It was recombined as Pseudaganides frickensis by Kummel (1956).
