Prophyllocrinus is a genus. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Prophyllocrinidae.

It was assigned to Prophyllocrinidae by Ubaghs et al. (1978) and Webster and Jell (1999); and to Sagenocrinida by Sepkoski (2002).
