Tamarites subitus

Taxonomy
Tamarites subitus was named by Bogoslovsky (1965). Its type specimen is PIN 2294/1, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Karboga River, Tarbagatay Ridge, which is in a Givetian marine sandstone in Kazakhstan. It is the type species of Tamarites.
