Taxonomy

Delopterum kamense was named by Martynov (1938). Its type specimen is PIN 2065/14(5), a forewing, and it is an impression.

It was recombined as Delopsocus kamensis by Prokop et al. (2017).

Synonyms

Pseudomantis minuta was named by Martynov (1928). Its type specimen is PIN 2065/14(5), a forewing (almost whole forewing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Tikhie Gory (PIN collection 2065), which is in a Roadian lagoonal claystone in the Baitugan Formation of the Russian Federation.

It was replaced with Delopterum kamense by Martynov (1938); it was replaced with Delopterum kamense by Carpenter (1939).
Delopterum kamense was named by Carpenter (1939).

It was recombined as Delopsocus kamensis by Rasnitsyn (2004); it was synonymized objectively with Delopterum kamense by Clapham (2023).
