Schizoporella ludbrookae

Taxonomy
Schizoporella ludbrookae was named by Brown (1956) [Encrusting "Schizoporella" with the orifice lying in a depression formed by V-shaped ridges raised into three prominences, one at each end and one at the point.]. It is extant. Its type specimen is D.40898. Its type locality is Weymouth's Bore, which is in a Pliocene marine sandstone in the Dry Creek Sands Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Schizoporella.
