Aglaoreidia foveolata

Aglaoreidia foveolata was named by Jaramillo and Dilcher (2001) [Paratype: UFP 8, 17.9 x 90.1. Type locality: Piñalerita Creek near Sabanalarga. Dimensions in polar view. ]. It is not extant. It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is UFP 8, 14 x 111.2, a microspore (Pollen grain). Its type locality is Pinalerita UFP 8, LLanos foothills, Colombia, which is in a Paleocene fluvial-deltaic mudstone/siliciclastic in the Arcillas de el Limbo Formation of Colombia.
