Pronymphes mengeana
Taxonomy
Nymphes mengeanus was named by Hagen (1856). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic Amber, Danziger Naturkundemuseum Menge collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in Poland. It is the type species of Pronymphes.
It was recombined as Pronymphes mengeanus by Krüger (1923) and MacLeod (1970); it was recombined as Pronymphes mengeana by Shi et al. (2015).
