Archaeoryctes borealis
Taxonomy
Archaeoryctes borealis was named by Meng (1990). Its type specimen is AMNH 80794, a mandible, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 7 Miles SW (235 degrees) of Camp Margetts, which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Arshanto Formation of China.
