Changlelestes dissetiformis
Taxonomy
Changlelestes dissetiformis was named by Tong and Wang (1993). Its type specimen is IVPP V10306-1-5, a partial skull (Right maxillary and paired mandibles), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Xishangtuan Coal Mine, which is in an Eocene terrestrial coal in the Wutu Formation of China. It is the type species of Changlelestes.
