Taxonomy
Lomovatka udovichenkoi was named by Aristov (2015). Its type specimen is PIN 1866/7, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Lomovatka River, Alymaznaya (PIN Collection 1866), which is in a Kasimovian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Isaeva Formation of Ukraine. It is the type species of Lomovatka.
