Pintopinna martinsnetoi
Taxonomy
Paranarkemina martinsnetoi was named by Pinto (1999). Its type specimen is UFRGS MP-I 5279, a wing (incomplete wing), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Praca da Bandeira, Well n. 2 IGG 205.5 m depth, Boituva, which is in a Gzhelian marine shale in the Itarare Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Pintopinna.
