Cerritosaurus binsfeldi
Taxonomy
Cerritosaurus binsfeldi was named by Price (1946). Its type specimen is DGM 334-R / CA s/n, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wald Sanga, which is in a Carnian/Norian terrestrial horizon in the Santa Maria Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Cerritosaurus.
