Orangictis gariepensis

Taxonomy
Orangictis gariepensis was named by Morales et al. (2001). Its type specimen is AD 613'98, a mandible (Hema-Mandible with C-M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Arrisdrift, which is in a Miocene channel sandstone in Namibia.
