Hyaenodon chunkhtensis
Taxonomy
Hyaenodon chunkhtensis was named by Dashzeveg (1985). Its type specimen is PST 29-1, a mandible (left mandibular fragment), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shunkt, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial horizon in the Hsanda Gol Formation of Mongolia.
