Le Renard 1995Genre voisin de Siphopsis par sa protoconque, mais qui s'en distingue par son galbe nettement plus allongé (rapport hauteur totale sur diamètre maximal de l'ordre de 3 chez l'adulte), par son canal antérieur plus court et plus caché derrière la columelle, par son ornementation spirale formant de véritables cordons et non atténuée au passage sur des côtes axiales peu prononcées, et par sa protoconque peu étirée et toujours lisse.
