Marticia tietzei

Taxonomy
Hydrobia tietzei was named by Neumayr (1880). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dzepi, nordöstlich von Konjic an der Narenta, which is in a Messinian lacustrine - large lignite in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the type species of Marticia.

It was recombined as Marticia tietzei by Brusina (1897).
