Arctognathus nasuta
Taxonomy
Dixeya nasuta was named by Huene (1950). Its type specimen is IGP K 96, a partial skull (Incomplete and flattened skull), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kingori locality, Ruhuhu Basin, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in the Usili Formation of Tanzania.
It was recombined as Arctognathus nasuta by Sigogneau-Russell (1989).
